Job Details
- Post and record tenant transactions including rent payments, and other charges.
- Reconcile tenant accounts monthly and provide reporting of any discrepancies.
- Assist Housing Coordinators with rent collection:
- Prepare and mail invoices, monthly statements, and late payment notices, process payments, provide email and phone support answering tenant inquiries.
- Data and Reporting: Track utility logs and maintain utility consumption reports.
- Coordinate Property Maintenance: Work with Asset Management to ensure work orders are completed timely and charged/closed correctly. Close completed work orders and review for charges and correctness. Take maintenance calls during business hours. Create work orders and notify Maintenance Managers.
- Provide additional support to Staff Accounts and CFO.
